Cow’s milk causes a lot of inflammation! You are defeating the purpose if you’re using dairy?

Ginger, lemon, apple cider, turmeric, and pepper, I agreed wd you, but the taste must be horrible! . So you must have a lot of honey to neutralize the taste.

We sell fresh turmeric @ our farmers market, my family love to eat mix grated tumeric with their salad. You can take a shot of tumeric every day but you make sure you use straw because your teeth will become orange! Enjoy Mahalo from Kauai
