    I do lemon, honey, turmeric and black pepper. Mix in cup of hot water, sip it while it is warm, not cold. Great for so many things. I’m on a chemo pill and it’s makes me sick to my stomach, this takes care of that. I have ulcerative colitis, and this has help so much.

    I’m taking the turmeric capsule and it help me with my arthritis I got mine in Sprout a little bit expensive. Right after my chemo my arthritis came out and nueropathy in my both hands. And I’m drinking ginger tea with powder turmeric and lemon with honey. It’s really good

    My husband did a turmeric tea using ground turmeric and ground ginger, hot water of course, then coconut milk and just a bit of honey, it actually tasted pretty good! It wasn’t bitter

    Exactly right Micky. I had no idea the potential danger it put me in . Thankfully a PA I saw told me it was making the aspirin I take ineffective . For someone w clot history be ware.

    It is actually a blood thinner. So it could have had the opposite effect. Like internal bleeding.

    I just received my blood woe results.I have mycrocytosis(sp).Could that be from my tea of tumeric,celery seed,cinnamon,cloves,ginger and nutmeg?

    I have uc too… I drink turmeric honey ginger apple cider vinegar and black pepper daily….haven’t had a flare since may 2015! Hot not cold

    Becky Kreiling I’m a 4 year cancer survivor of malt gastric lymphoma….I had a cancer tumor in my stomach……I wish I was drinking it back then….chemo made me so sick

    I buy turmeric in the bulk foods section at the grocery store. I take a teaspoon with honey , cinnamon & hot water. It costs pennies compared to those capsules!

    I take turmeric each day, I either mix in my homemade yogurt or I mix with the beet juice, Make sure that the turmeric has 90 plus % of pipperine

    Sylvie Seguin . I take MEGA FOOD Daily Turmeric, we order on amazon, much cheaper. It contains turmeric, black cherry and black pepper. You might google. I saw in the back of the jar it is a trademark from uncle Matt organic Inc. Hope it helps
