very hard to find a basal thermometer. I did this years ago to convince my doctor I needed thyroid.

Doctors do not even acknowledge basal temperature. They totally believe the blood work done and the tsh reading is all that is necessary…

For years my temp has been at 97.3 but lab work always say in normal range!!! I think not because of how I feel!

Ha! If your temperature is below normal first thing in the morning, read STTM before you see your doctor.
