For a few years now, I’ve been starting the day with warm lemon water due to its huge health benefits. Yes, some people say lemon is hard on the teeth, but my teeth are just fine! Lemon water, and many other things, detoxify the body by giving the digestive system a kick in the morning. But for the last while, I’ve also been using the recipe on the next page and am loving the results!  I feel amazing and have energy for the whole day! I’m sure you guessed 2 of the ingredients are Lemon and Turmeric, but I highly suggest you add the other 2 ingredients to make it a real powerhouse drink! Peggy Boyer, if you’re referring to essential oil, it’s extremely unsafe to put them in water and drink it. Don’t try it. I suspect you heard that sort of ingestion technique from an mlm rep who clearly has not done any research, but instead is trying to sell you something. If you use oils, sniff them instead.

don’t think essential oils are to be taken orally they are to mix with a carrier to apply to the skin or use in oil burners so i believe.

I use turmeric and black pepper regularly. 2 observations: too much makes me anemic and it is very staining to the teeth

I made a paste of turmeric, coconut oil, and some peppermint oil that I use as a tooth whitener. It stains my toothbrush but has whitened my teeth.

  44. Tumeric, honey, cinnamon, lemon are all super healers and anti-inflammatory. I mix up 1/2 C raw honey, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbs tumeric, and 1 Tbs cinnamon. Keep in a tight jar. When I feel something coming on, I stir 1Tbsp into tea or eat straight off the spoon.
