- Straight, fine, thin or short hair — Once a week
- Chemically straightened or treated hair — Once a month
- Naturally kinky or thick hair — Once in every 6 — 8 weeks

I rinse with about 1/4 cup in a quart of water every time I wash my hair. I have been doing this for years and my hair has never been healthier. My hair gleams even in low light. No dandruff or dry scalp, almost no split ends, and conditioner cannot work as well as acv to both detangle the strands as well as keep static down. My hair is to my waist, by the way, no it’s no small feat to tackle the tresses.

I have been using this as a rinse for years and I have lustrous, waist-length, incredibly thick and healthy hair. I don’t use products for the most part, but I do use an over-the-counter, traditional SLS-based shampoo about twice a week. I use about a 1/4-1/2 cup of ACV in 32oz water.
