Love them but I’m not a weakling and it’s hard with my bad wrist to hold the heavy pan…I wish they were just a lot lighter and easy or to use

I only use cast iron! If one get the skillet pre-heated at the right temperature, the food wont stick and if it does, it’s still rather easy to clean with boiling water in it.

I love cooking with my cast iron, but have switched back to stainless out of concern for too much iron in my system now that I’m older.
