I am going to have to try this I have been telling people for years that apple cider vinegar is a godsend <3 Once again this is just another reason why I love natural home remedies so much <3 Instead of spending tons of my hard earned money on toxic medications and doctor bills I would much rather use more alternative medicine.I would highly suggest that everybody start using natural remedies, you will never go back. If you want to learn more about natural remedies I would suggest reading this story.

Raine Carraway, I’ve done the apple cider thing and it does work. It takes about a hour to kick in, but lasts for about 12 hours! 🙂 Raw apple cider vinegar tastes better, but I’ve done it w both. And the one I did used cinnamon in place of the cayenne pepper, but if you don’t mind the heat, cayenne pepper is really good for you too. 🙂

Thanks, I’ll try it. I’ve been drinking a ton of peppermint tea, but it’s not really don’t much.

Peppermint is really for upset stomach, something else you could try is making some ginger tea. Take fresh ginger root, boil water, let it steep for 10 min, strain and add honey and lemon, but I personally like it w lime. You can make it stronger by steeping it longer and adding more ginger, but keep in mind, ginger is spicy, but also a good sinus/mucus remedy. 🙂 Hope you feel better soon.

Yeah, I keep the peppermint tea for upset stomach mainly, but mint & eucalyptus also help me breathe better most of the time when I’m congested. I do have some lemon ginger tea & ginger root as well, didn’t think of that.

Ginger root is also great for stomach problems, & its also stronger than what is in a store bought tea. Plus, a piece of root is cheaper too! 🙂
