Grain Free Bread Made With Coconut Flour

Share

The way bread is manufactured these days, has very little nutritional value for anyone.  The good old “White” bread is stripped of any nutritional value, while the “Whole Wheat” keeps some nutritional value, but most are made of GMO grains anyway.  The new trend is Coconut Flat Bread.  Find out why and also get the step by step instructions on how to make it all on the Next Page!

The past year and a half I’ve been following (as close as I can) the Wheat Belly lifestyle. This means no grains, wheat, corn, rice, etc., and no sugar. There’s a Facebook page and lots of support.

I had IBS really bad for over 26 years and once I gave up the wheat, 90% of that went away. Just found out caffeine makes me hypoglycemic so I’ve also given up caffeine.

Sorry, Internet issur….basically I east high protein and high fat. It is quite a balancing act, so my sugars don’t go too high. .and then I drop…

I eat about every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Oh, and even though it’s really tough, walking has helped a lot. I noticed I have less issues when I walk.

    Good luck!

Just made this and wondering if recipe calls for too much baking soda..felt like I could taste overwhelming amounts of baking soda and/or salt?!! Can you use less?? I had to toss it out!

Is that ratio correct? All that oil and eggs to only 3 tbs of flour? Doesn’t sound correct

Would it be flexible enough to make a wrap…? Coconut flour can make things crumbly but I guess that’s a high egg ratio.
