Green smoothies are very popular and a delicious way to enjoy your veggies. But spinach and kale aren’t the only green leafy veggies you can use to make green smoothie. You can also use cauliflower!

Are you ready to make your cauliflower smoothie? Below is a recipe we get from Health.com:

Cauliflower Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 lb chopped fresh pineapple (3 cups)

1 10-oz. pkg. frozen riced cauliflower or frozen florets

2 small ripe bananas, peeled, cut into 1-in. pieces, and frozen

3 ounces fresh baby spinach (4 cups loosely packed)

1 1/2 cups plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt

1 cup 2% reduced-fat milk

 

Direction:

Place chopped pineapple, frozen cauliflower, frozen bananas, spinach, yogurt, and milk in a blender; process on high until mixture is smooth and blended, 30 to 40 seconds, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Divide among glasses.
