
Sambucus or commonly known as elder or elderberry is mostly seen in subtropical countries. In many places, elderberry is cultivated for its showy flowers. A few recent studies have shown a correlation between elderberry consumption and symptom reduction and even two studies have shown a correlation between stroke reduction and elderberry consumption. I’m all in for being healthy and reducing health risks.
