  23. Well, we would have to disagree with you. The title says 74 alkaline foods and all the foods in the list are alkaline. Just because you don’t see one alkaline food that you know is alkaline does not make the list wrong!

    Tofu is off the list for any suggestion if it is not fermented, it is very processed and harmful . If we are trying to get people healthy, we should know the different. Suggesting watermelon can be very beneficial to the health. That is my opinion
