  4. Paulette Badger, years ago when i learn about the benefits of Turmeric I started buying the tablets at a health store, but they are expensive! Same at Amazon or any other place. finaly I found a 16 ounce jar of 100% turmeric powder for $3.99 at an Asian Supermarket. Don’t give your money away. There are many ways to get the real stuff for less. I buy the empty tablets at a health store an while watching TV I do fill out my turmeric tablets and store them in a glass jar. I hope to helped someone.

    Not sure if I would tolerate drinking turmeric tea and it might stain your teeth but I do know the use of tumeric spice in your favorite meat helps to ease a broken bone pain with better pain relief than common anti-inflammatory drugs….without causing nephrotoxicity
