If you notice any of these signs then you likely have a deficiency in potassium and magnesium. You need to eat foods rich in magnesium such as almonds, linseed and sunflower. To increase your potassium levels you should eat leafy green veggies such as chard, spinach and kale. You can also eat red beet, apricots and plums to get sufficient supplies of potassium and magnesium.

2.Having Salty Food Cravings

If you have an insatiable craving for salty food, then it can be a sign that your body has an infection or inflammation in urinary tract.

3.Having Scaly And Dry skin

This would mean that you have a vitamin E deficiency, try and eat nuts, oily fish and vegetable oil to boost your body’s supply of vitamin E.

4.Having Insatiable Sweet Cravings

Having a nervous exhaustion could be the reason for your insatiable cravings for sweets. Eat honey or dark chocolate as healthy supplies of glucose and energy.
