Turmeric is so awesome. I never tried it on my teeth, but I use it in my skin care
Regimen and of course in my food.

I made this a few days ago. I gagged at the thought of oil pulling but with the peppermint oil, baking soda and stevia it’s ok. I’m taking baby steps towards eliminating chemicals . I only use Young Living oils because of the high quality.

Lol the Coconut Oil is what I meant for teeth/gums. & Dr. Bronners hemp peppermint castile soap. I know it sounds weird (or a punishment for cussing) try a drop or two on your toothbrush or as mouthwash. Nothing makes my mouth feel cleaner/healthier. Turmeric is great, in general, to prevent or reduce inflammation throughout the body. So I imagine chopping some into soup/tea would help swollen gums or post-surgery. The best remedy/cure for dental issues or drawing infection is Myrrh & Goldenseal. Having this on hand could save a life or a limb, by preventing infection from flowing thru the bloodstream. Think about the story of the birth of Yeshua in a manger. The wise men brought myrrh, frankincense and gold.

Dawn, you use it as toothpaste? I’ve never tried the bar version outside the shower. The bar is good if the liquid soap is outside the weeks budget. I prefer Nubian Heritage Shea Butter bar soap with Lavender & Wildflowers cuz those dried flowers scrub dead skin real good. I follow up with Bronners liquid peppermint on washcloth. In summer, the NH bar soap doubles as sunscreen. Just wet it & rub on exposed skin before heading out. Shea butter & eating dark berries are superior sunscreens to all the junk on the market. Some of that stuff gives you skin cancer, companies finally admitted this fact. Only zinc actually blocks harmful rays.

Robin and her colleagues scare me – for a hundred years pumping Mercury two inches from people’s brains then drilling it out to put caps on cracked teeth from Mercury expanding….Mercury being drilled into powder. Swallowed and inhaled and then commenting on threads like this saying that are laughing at people’s ignorance comments! Omg – the stupidity

Maybe it was the immune system…??? and decay cannot be healed….the tooth probably just died. So no more pain. Find me a certified controlled scientific study that shows coconut oil cures infection ??? Evidence ??? Salt water can reduce inflammation and vigorous rinsing can dislodge a particle in the gum that maybe caught …..but the coconut oil didn’t cure it. Leave it for cooking and hair:)
