    Has anyone had any issues with the coconut oil clogging the sink pipe? Since coconut oil is a solid it concerns me. I guess I could rinse & spit in a waste basket.

    Oil pulling works great, removes stains makes teeth white…amazing…I do it daily..good to reduce tarter too..less visits to your dentist

    Equal parts Coconut Oil and Baking Soda. (6Tbsp). Stevia if preferred and Peppermint essential oil for taste/minty breath.

    Once again, don’t believe with a hundred percent everything you read. For how many years have people been using toothpaste? I don’t believe no one has died from toothpaste, unless you in jest it everyday. Good grief people!!!

    I can’t say enough because my teeth and gums are sparkling and my Dentist is like what are you doing ….I had one tooth where the gum was bleeding a bit they have clean it up x-ray but still had this problem just on this one tooth… started coconut oil pooling and brushing my teeth with baking soda and coconut oil and everything is great no more problems…..YEAHHHHHHHHH and i tell everybody about this, if they listen fine if they don’t can’t do nothing about it ….but at least I said what i had to say to people it’s truly up to people to listen and at least try….this …

    If you do this several times a day and spit into your sink will you eventually clog up the sink? Maybe we need to use drain cleaner more often?

    Turmeric
    Baking soda
    And peppermint oil to taste
    Mix in glass bowel and cover.
    Brush teeth 3xs a day and swish.
    Spit in trash then
    Rinse with warm water.
