The FDA AND GOVT own everything. They will tell you everything they WANT you to believe. Fluoride dumbs us down. It was used in concentration camps to dull the senses and confuse them. Fluoride is poison. They use this in rat poison. Go look it up. We are the rats.

My daughter was using coconut oil to condition her hair and it did clog the drains… At least that’s what it looked like! 🙂 I would have thought the hot water would wash it down, but it did build up. I would spit it in the garbage.

Becarful. Not all bottled labeled coconut oil is real….I found out when I bought one & it didn’t make my chapped lips heal after 2 weeks.

I went & bought a different brand. That brand worked

    2 TBS. calcium/magnesium powder
    3 TBS. coconut oil

    10 drops peppermint essential oil

… or make sure to keep the hot water running to drain and add a dish soap on your sink to drain with your coconut oil.

Fluoride helps prevent cavities. What prevents it if you don’t use toothpaste? My son has acid reflux and for that reason he will always need to use fluoride toothpaste and mouthwash unless I put him on meds (which we won’t because jt doesn’t affect him, only his teeth…weird I know) what do you suggest in that case?

I just read a recipe for diy toothpaste with coconut oil and it clearly stated to spit in a wastebasket because the oil will clog the pipes.

Take him to a naturopathic doctor to find the cause of the reflux and fix that. Conventional medicine does not focus on the cause in most cases only treats symptoms especially for chronic diseases like reflux.

Xylitol is harmful to dogs and cats, not humans. It’s actually good for oral AND gut health. It feeds good gut bacteria. It’s also a low calorie sweetener. It’s a sugar alcohol made from birch.
