I started using a coconut tooth paste that I make with Redmond clay and essential oils. I love it, my 5 yo son loves it, but I’ve noticed my teeth hurt so incredibly bad every once in a while. I wonder if it’s the change but I can figure out why that’s happening…anyone have a clue?

You need calcium added to your receipt and maybe clay as well. I put in a teaspoon of ink Himalayan salt and also one of epson’s. I use Theives essential oil to kill germs and give that fresh cinnamon taste.

Coconut oil is solid below 75°F… Usually I keep a small plastic container with lid (use the disposable ones from food delivery or carry-on) in the bathroom and use it to discard the used coconut oil. Then dispose the entire container on a weekly basis. If you spit on the sink, just run some hot water…

If you get them removed all that mercury gets released in your body. Worked in the dental field for 15 years.

Silly auto correct messed up my reply. I understand that one wouldn’t swallow their tooth paste but coconut oil is great to ingest (just not with bacteria from your mouth that one is attempting to remove 🙂

I lay a piece of paper towel in the bottom of the sink and spit on that. Then I fold it over and put it in the garbage can.

If they get removed by a dentist who knows what they are doing it won’t “release back into your body like that
