Mary Danielsen Animals do not PRODUCE meat, they are brutally slaughtered and turned INTO meat. And NO, God did not intend that…especially when you have PLENTY of other plant foods to eat. And cows do not produce milk for humans, they produce milk for their OWN BABIES!!!! Not for you. You need to do your homework! Dairy only causes health problems. Real Food comes from the Earth….it doesnt have to be killed. The meat and dairy you eat is not Yours by the way, it was somebodies body that didnt want to die….and a baby was deprived of his/her milk because ppl like you believe the greedy corrupt corporations who tell you its healthy. WAKE UP! Learn some facts.

There’s nothing like boiling a whole chicken for the good broth. It’s totally worth the trouble. Adding the onions and garlic and herbs takes the healing power to a whole new level.

Yes, that’s the only thing I could think of as well. But I certainly don’t think it has any health benefit. The picture shows the bread as a garnish. So you have three cups of old bread blended and you have bread as a garnish. The rest of the ingredients sound delicious though.

Meat and dairy have been part of a healthy diet for thousands of years. Cancer and heart disease used to be rare, now they are epidemic, along with diabetes. Processed food is the culprit. The indians didn’t die of cancer and heart disease. They ate plenty of meat. You can choose not to consume meat and dairy, that is a personal choice. When properly produced, meat and dairy have health benefits.

This is just plain amazing <3 🙂 I need to try this stuff. Once again this is just another reason why I love natural home remedies so much <3 Instead of spending tons of my hard earned money on toxic medications and doctor bills I would much rather use more alternative medicine.I would highly suggest that everybody start using natural remedies, you will never go back. If you want to learn more about natural remedies I would suggest reading this story.

Sorry for the late reply. I roasted half the garlic and the other half were raw. The onions I just put in the soup – no roasting them. Because I had the 2 recipes mixed up/combined, I decided to split the 6 onions up a bit – 2 yellow, 2 white, and 2 very large handfuls of green onion.

It’s always good to remember people are at all different stages of healthy eating. Someone might find this really hard to do as there are too many ‘good’ foods in it. They might have been brought up on fast food and processed food. Some may be full out vegans and this would not be for a vegan. That’s why, it’s not titled a Vegan soup.
