    I peel the ginger throw it in a pan with cold water and boil until it’s the color orange. I like it strong.
    Add to my ice tea jug or just drink it plain. Cold or warm. Helps with the inflammation of my COPD

    Barb I make it like tea the put it in a pitcher and drink it room temperature. I do not like water so I drink it and do something and come back and drink more. ! I do my first glass when I first get up and I can feel my body waking up !
