My great grandmother used to grate lots of ginger and saute with lots of tomatoes and salt to taste, so good.Careful though you might eat a lot of rice because it is so appetizing.

Also Elena the only things I’ve read and have been told in regards to side effects is that you might have to much alertness at bed time
If on certain med for health that thin your blood.Do not injest.Same goes for blood pressure meds.Do not do ginger regularly. It is a blood thinner naturally.Even if you pop a baby aspirin daily you should check with a health professional before .Nothing I’ve read stated stroke side effect.Just to be on the safe side.Ill leave my ginger tea to early afternoon.Honey and lemon at night.

As far as my allergies go, gluten was initially the culprit of severe depression and flu like symtoms….nonstop. I had a couple of slices of regular pizza after I had been off of gluten for a year, threw up an hour or so later, stabbing gut pain then and the next morning and a creepy depression for 48 hours. Butter gives my forehead a rash. A glass of milk gives me cramping and diarrhea the next day. Other dairy like cheese or yogurt make me seriously gassy…..woof. Sugar gives me lots of acne sores on my cheeks. Corn makes my whole body swell up. A tiny bit of coconut makes the back of my throat swell up and itchy. A small amount of MSG makes me pass out. Other chemicals make my sinuses swell and cause several days of headaches. I don’t know what the other allergies do. They are minor and I don’t feel well most of the time so I don’t know what to attribute to what, lol. Do you have allergies, Tina?

Extreme Natural Health News – I spoke with a girl from Thailand who said she actually will summer in a huge pot of water for over 45 minutes. It’s how they’ve done it in their family for generations. It calls for a stronger pull from the root. Lot more spicier taste. Also you grate the ginger with a cheese grater for a finer feel an you can eat it as well!

You can also use ginger essential oil. The oils are much stronger so you only have to use a drop or 2 to get the same outcome. The plus of essential oil is you can drop a bottle in your bag and have it on you throughout the day. Young Living’s Vitality line is FDA approved for ingesting. I wouldn’t go through anyone else cause I would fear they weren’t pure, but I know everyone has their favorites. This is just who I trust, because of their seed to seal guarantee. If any one needs help with getting started or where to buy -message me and I can help.
