    I buy the root, I peel it then slice it into quarter shapes, boil in large pot of drinkable water…let steep for hour…..strain an put in a container I drink off for a week…which I warm up add honey, lemon and a dash of tumeric….so good for so many things…oh I was told this by a doctor. …helps with immune system, asthma, etc ,

  17. Drink the tea. My water bottle has a slice of lemon and a piece of ginger. Also, use ginger candy carry it in my purse. Gives me a boost and since using it I have lost some body fat: feel energized. Great for bad breath.

    Here’s my recipe: boil 2 cups water, add peeled and chopped fresh ginger. Let sit for 10 + min. Strain. Fill a glass with ice
    1/4 c ginger juice
    1/2 lemon
    Fresh mint leaves
    Fill glass with club soda
    You can add honey if you like
    I do not.
    Great for a cool drink in the summer
    (Might even be good with vodka)

    We can get ginger honey, all it is is chopped fresh ginger and local honey, I add it to hot water and consume at nite, drink the water no eat the ginger pieces with a spoon
