Learn the dangers wi-fi can give us. Check out the article we found over at Healthy Food and Long Life.
From our homes, wi-fi was a success around the world. Today it is so normal to find wi-fi almost everywhere, including the houses. Since their arrival, the mobile phones always represented a positive benefit from their service, but these same companies receive instructions for proper use of services in order to prevent damage to health.
Routers are often used in homes to connect the wireless devices such as smartphones or electronic tablets, but what is the most concerning thing is the consequence of using this service; From the router that emits WLAN signals, electromagnetic waves are produced that make can serious health damage. Most people ignore this fact because of the lack of knowledge. With time electromagnetic waves begin to reflect the human body and do harm to it. This study has been conducted by “Britain’s Health Agency” and showed that routers hinder the people and the growth of plants.
Consequences of too much wi-fi exposure:
Technology is needed and gives us life. We only know how to use it and when something can do us evil, we do not know how to protect ourselves.

Wow. It makes sense, I’ve often wondered about this! If our devices can pick up the signal, our bodies must feel them as well! Turning off WiFi when not in use from now on.

Can someone explain to me how to turn it off please? Like on the computer

Not easy to do, apparently only one particular model can turn off. I just pull out the input plug from in the back of the router when I go to bed. The plug that connects the modem to the router. Pretty sure that takes care of it.

Put your cellphone powered off in your microwave. Stick a Post-it note on your microwave saying cell phone inside. Microwaves are dangerous and I only use mine for the timer and put myself phone in at night when I turn off my Wi-Fi.

There are many studies out there on electromagnetic waves and harm to the body. Power lines and increased childhood cancers etc. radio waves are much farther away and have a greater wavelength or are unable to get past our skin. I suggest you research for yourself. Knowledge is power.

Smart meters too….hubby put a screen over ours and metal sheet inside the wall, covered with a piece of wood painted same color as the walls, looks great and helps with any rays coming in apparently.

Maybe but faraday cages and the like could actually create hot spots, I’ve heard. You can get a meter to test. EMF meters are available even as smart phone apps, how ironic is that? Probably best to purchase an actual meter.

There are a lot of things commonly accepted over the years that have detrimental consequences. If you prefer to stick your head in the sand that’s up to you. Some people like to be aware of what’s going on around them and how it affects them and their children so they can do something about it to protect them.

Sara, why do you believe that the decision to believe differently than you do is automatically “stinking one’s head in the sand”? Why do you assume others haven’t done all their research and come up with another conclusion worthy of basic respect? This article does NOT stand alone as it offers NO scientific proofs whatsoever (citations, etc.) It is pure fear mongering. It takes something that SOUNDS like it could be true, mixes in exaggeration, and states it as a fact. Beyond this article, sure, there are theories out there that seem to support SOME of this concern but NOT to the degree that people need to take such drastic and ineffectual measures. My point is (1) make sure there IS a problem first and (2) make sure the solution actually addresses the problem. I’m not at all convinced there IS a problem and I’m VERY certain that some of these “solutions” are pointless at best and fraudulent* at worst.
* Because, you’ll notice, someone is already making money off these “solutions”. To anyone who took even a basic amount of science in college, these solutions do NOT address the stated problem.

I called Shaw to get a price on getting my laptop wired in instead of using wifi….apparently, can get a moden with a switch and can turn the wifi on and off…..if someone visits with wifi and they need to use it. Waiting to hear on the price of doing so. I know too many friends now who’s health is being very affected.

Not at all. Though Himilayan salt lamps help many things. But cell salts are trace minerals that we don’t get in our food anymore, because our soil is depleted of minerals.
