I use this from cleaning to stomach issues to replacing toxic soaps in shower, makes your skin very soft, great for the feet AND it also changes your P.H to more alkaline, which, most cancers cannot live in.

I haven’t tried this, but, it could be worth a shot! I usually eat raw garlic or drink diluted organic apple cider vinegar, diffuse essential oils and use a netti bottle.

It is a 10 on the phone scale that’s why. It is one of the highest alkaline things you can put in your body. All diseases thrive in an acidic body

The ingestion of aluminum is tied to dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Maybe if you found an aluminum free baking soda and combined it with the coconut oil…

Good information here… but look at the controversies in the comments: aluminum in Arm & Hammer or not? Daily or not? Could make one crazy if you listened to everyone.

However you need to purchase it from the health food store-do not use arm and hammer… That’s not pure baking soda…
One also has to be extremely careful overdoing this treatment-it can be dangerous….everything in moderation!

I boost my pH with baking soda, half teaspoon in warm water let dissolve in large glass of water, or sometimes I drink large glass of warm water then make a cup of baking soda half teaspoon and chuck it back.. if your acidic you will want lots of water in your stomach first then drink it..
