    So hard to get to article. ..guess I’ll Google it…love lemons. .plus since I started juicing them having juice daily I’ve lost weight and get this plaque is not sticking to me teeth…I’m all for lemons!!!

      Sherry, what do you put in your juices with lemon? I would like to start juicing, but first have to but a juicer–any input would be great! Thank you in advance.

    I still don’t get why it needs to be frozen, other than grating it, but would blending do the same thing?
