How is anything called “instant” remotely healthy??? Please substitute with slow cooking oats and also please don’t use the name brand with the old man on the container. Buy bulk, or a good organic oats! These recipes are great, but not unless made with real ingredients, which non-organic food is not that at all!

I do have oats, cinnamon sticks, oil, and ground, and fresh raw honey, but was just wondering if I could use canned pineapple until I can get some.

the canning process destroys the active enzymes found in raw pineapple. Although I am no expert, fresh is best

How cool is it that I’ve been craving pineapple the last couple days? I guess I can still trust my body to help me out that way for some of these things. Extreme craving for what it needs I s’pose 🙂

Sounds like it has a LOT of sugar. What is the NI? Also, what kind of cinnamon are you advocating? Please make yourself clear if you are putting yourself out there as someone who knows nutrition!
