    I love this salt, so flavorful and filled with health benefits, but had to give it a break it was making me very sleepy, possible over load on iodine.

    The best way to consume this is by making a pink salt sole & adding a couple of teaspoons to a glass of water. Then you can either drink the water you added the teaspoons to or use the water to season your food as while cooking. How to make Himalayan Pink Salt Sole: http://youtu.be/zSfBZAC12EY

    I made the switch over a year ago & recently found out through my annual blood labs- I was critically low on iodine- there’s no iodine in this kind of salt so make sure your’e getting it through other means –
