Real Salt from Utah is exactly the same chemically as Himalayan, and it isn’t mined by children held at gunpoint. Just a thought for the health conscious.

Table salt has all of the beneficial trace minerals removed. Himalayan and Celtic salt still have the minerals so they are very different.
