    I can’t use table salt because of high blood pressure, which is better Celtic or Himalayan salt what is the difference between the two . THANK YOU

    Real Salt from Utah is exactly the same chemically as Himalayan, and it isn’t mined by children held at gunpoint. Just a thought for the health conscious.

    I love the adrenal cocktail using pink sea salt! (4 oz OJ, 1/4 teaspoon Each of pink sea salt and cream of tartar) My energy has increased by drinking it in the AM. 🙂

  49. Table salt has all of the beneficial trace minerals removed. Himalayan and Celtic salt still have the minerals so they are very different.
