    30 minutes before bed. I often eat coconut oil and use it on my skin so I figured I’d try the salt and honey mix. I am not a big salt fan so that wasn’t the best going down but manageable.

    Tried this and was hopeful…it made me nauseated which of course made it more difficult to sleep. So, not saying it won’t work just didn’t for me.

    I’ve have tried the Himalayan sea salt and raw honey. Did nothing for me. But someone told me 2 spoonfuls of raw honey before bed. And it does work well!!
