Turmeric is good for pain. Whenever I cook, I just add at least one-fourth tsp of this spice and now I am pain free. Before, I was in chronic pain for more than five years and I was in the mercy of pain killer tab. With turmeric, there is hope to ease the pain. Be regular in the intake of turmeric. This also gives benefit to your family because members also eat the food with it. Turmeric accordingly wards off alzheimers.

I use ground ginger, use it within 3mths of purchase. I use 1/8 tsp per cup of hot, black tea. It’s way cheaper and lasts longer than fresh root. Both work well.

Chai tea lattes have tons of sugar, so as good as it sounds, it defeats the purpose of reducing inflammation.

Deborah Reed-Tyrrell i also add cayenne, black pepper and raw honey. It’s good but I need it for inflammation. I have bone on bone in one knee. Read that it takes turmeric about three week to help with inflammation….
