Turmeric is good for pain. Whenever I cook, I just add at least one-fourth tsp of this spice and now I am pain free. I use ground ginger, use it within 3mths of purchase. I use 1/8 tsp per cup of hot, black tea. It’s way cheaper and lasts longer than fresh root. Both work well.
