Awesome….I sneak Turmeric in as many things as possible since it has really no distinct flavor.

Coconut milk IS NOT dairy, so theres no inflammation, and is not acidic…

Anything good when over doses would get negative affect. The max turmeric per day is 3g.

To me 1/4 of black pepper is too much. You just need a dash of it is enough to kick the turmeric bioavailability.

Are we talking about pure coconut milk or canned coconut milk? Or artificial coconut water ? I am Asian and when you say coconut milk only one thing comes in mind and that’s freshly squeezed coconut milk from grated coconut. And that my friend is going to give you a tummy ache. So I think Mary’s substitute for rice milk makes more sense.

One cracker with teaspoon peanut butter , sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon tumeric …top with another cracker and peanut butter…can’t hardly taste tumeric and fat is the peanutbutter. This is about the only way I have found that I can get it down.

I just started doing this, and have noticed positive results already! I add cinnamon, black pepper, coconut oil, and raw honey. I don’t even strain this. I stir as I drink it, it’s very good!

My stomach is funny, I tried this and felt so sick… But I plan to try it again. I have however, started cooking with tumeric. I just made chicken and dumplings today and it turned out fine with the tumeric
