Are we talking about pure coconut milk or canned coconut milk? Or artificial coconut water ? I am Asian and when you say coconut milk only one thing comes in mind and that’s freshly squeezed coconut milk from grated coconut. And that my friend is going to give you a tummy ache. So I think Mary’s substitute for rice milk makes more sense.

One cracker with teaspoon peanut butter , sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon tumeric …top with another cracker and peanut butter…can’t hardly taste tumeric and fat is the peanutbutter. This is about the only way I have found that I can get it down.
