Warm Lemon Water & Turmeric – Powerhouse Healing Drink

Share

For a few years now, I’ve been starting the day with warm lemon water due to its huge health benefits. Yes, some people say lemon is hard on the teeth, but my teeth are just fine! Lemon water, and many other things, detoxify the body by giving the digestive system a kick in the morning. But for the last while, I’ve also been using the recipe on the next page and am loving the results!  I feel amazing and have energy for the whole day! I’m sure you guessed 2 of the ingredients are Lemon and Turmeric, but I highly suggest you add the other 2 ingredients to make it a real powerhouse drink! Find all this amazing information on the Next Page.

Does this drink have to be hot to work? Can it be mixed night before to grab and go?

From what I have read – tumeric is fat soluble so you need to take it with a healthy fat. Also black pepper significantly increases the absorption rate.

You can get some gel caps and fill them yourself – be sure to add a little black pepper and take it with a healthy fat for maximum absorption
