Wisdom Teeth Removal Is A Dental Scam 66% Of The Time

Share

Though many people wants to remove their wisdom teeth, there are research that proves the importance of wisdom teeth. Check out the article we found at Living Traditionally.

You have to understand that the old tale about wisdom teeth causing all kind of illnesses, is simply not true. Let’s look at it realistically, it’s a big money maker (around a billion dollars a year) for the dental industry.

Why You Need Your Wisdom Teeth

Our teeth are vital, living organs within and connected to the body as a whole. Wisdom teeth are connected (according to acupuncture meridians) to our small intestine and the front of our pituitary gland.  In fact, 46 percent of the motor and sensory nerves in your brain’s cerebral cortex are interconnected to your mouth and face.  So any time a tooth is removed, it disturbs and breaks an acupuncture meridian that flows through the area of that tooth.  The meridian acupuncture system, known in Traditional Chinese Medicine for more than 5000 years, shows the vital relationship between your teeth and your  joints,  spinal segments, vertebrae, organs and endocrine glands.

Wisdom teeth extractions can be dangerous.

Did you know that between 57,000 and 175,000 people after wisdom teeth extractions  have had permanent tingling, prickling or numbness caused by nerve damage. This, again, proves the point that all of our teeth are connected via nervous system pathways to every part of our body.  Though it is a common surgery for a lot of  Americans, wisdom tooth extraction involves very serious risks which can lead to sudden death.

So for all these reasons, I do not recommend removing wisdom teeth unless there is a good reason to do so. According to Jay Friedman, a California-based dental consultant, more than two-thirds of all wisdom tooth extractions are medically unnecessary, and that most patients would be perfectly fine if they just left their wisdom teeth alone. 1. As a dental hygienist I cannot agree with this wisdom teeth more often than not cause periodontal problems due to patient inability to keep it clean. Also for many there is no room for them and can cause pain at times. So I do believe it is better to have them removed sorry.

  2. I agree! I worked for an Oral Surgeon for over 15years and have seen how leaving unerrupted wisdom teeth can lead to cysts in the jaw not to mention they can damage the adjacent roots of the molars! Never leave impacted wisdom teeth!

I certainly hope this is not true… to put people in danger for the hell of it (aka money)is very very sad indeed.

Why? Do you not have enough chewing meat teeth now, or has the extractions caused extra issues?

I would say only get them out if they cause you problems. I have had 3 removed and 1 is still there, hasn’t pushed through and probably never will.

I let mine be for several years. But they had holes in the sides and I wasn’t able to clean them well. Bad breath happens and as dental people are saying, I have periodontal problems.

Mine hurt like a devil coming in and then the crowns fell off so they were pulled. Teeth need good nutrition to be life lasting… barring accident, of course.
