I brush my teeth everyday with a mixture of coconut oil, baking soda, and peppermint essential oil. Then I brush with Crest to get that awful taste out of my mouth. 😉 My teeth are nice and white though

I’ve been using somewhat close to this recipe for over a year and I can’t believe what a difference it makes everyday :)!! Whiter teeth, fresher breath, no more pain, and cold/hot stuff I don’t have problems with anymore. And I’m a lots of sugar in my coffee person several times throughout the day. Love coconut oil!! Jan Marie, I don’t use the stevia in mine so maybe try that?.

Folks, for those who oil pull or use this toothpaste – spit in paper towel and dispose of in garbage can unless you like paying for a plumber to fix your clogged pipes.
