I have no issue with natural. However, putting baking soda in it will strip your enamel away as well as gum, and bone. If you want to end up bonding or crowning teeth as well as do gum grafting. Be my guest. Btw. For the anti fluoride people. The UK is releasing a ultra potent calcium phosphate that remineralizing for 8 hours. 6 hours longer then any fluoride. Also, mi paste is an rx level mineralizing toothpaste that has been studied and certified. Coconut oil is a general anti microbial, but does not remineralize.

Boron mineral can be taken to add cal ium that is reported from hour teeth and bones causing crumbling teeth and arthritis and calcium in bloodstream. Serious health conditions can be Stopped and Reversed by taking Boron which is a mineral most all people are deficient in today. But doctors don’t test for its deficiency. Pbarm is making too much money off the conditions it causes. Borax, is this simple mineral too. The old fashioned borax. Look up what lab studies say about boron deficiency. Buy it in the vitamin section at Walmart. Start to heal.

Fluoride is the worst thing you can put in your body. Interferes with thyroid function and causes dementia.
Ask your dentist for the double blind studies about fluoride helping. There are none.

I haven’t used toothpaste in a long time. I use something different every time I brush. I have a coconut/EO mix; a powder of Himalayan salt, xylitol, baking soda that I mix with water/hydrogen peroxide to use for brushing as well as mouth wash; and a bentonite clay mix with clove and cinnamon. I also have a mouth wash made from distilled water, EOs, aloe vera, and peroxide that I brush with sometimes. Everyday is a new adventure in the bathroom! LOL
