Be sure not to spit down the drain but in a tissue into the trash. Or it will harden & build up in the pipes. Rinse mouth with warm water a couple of times & let the warm water run down a bit too. Keeps everything clean & clear. 🙂

  18. The making my own for a couple of years using organic coconut oil, baking soda, food-grade diatomaceous earth, and peppermint essential oils. Just before using it I dip it into activated charcoal which literally whiten your teeth! As others have said it in the trash and swish out with good warm water. I have to floss my teeth when I get done brushing them but before I switch out my mouth that way some of the coconut oil and other ingredients are going down in between my teeth too.

Baking soda is not only bad to use consistently because it destroys enamel, it also tastes absolutely terrible!!! I’ve been using this stuff here and my dentist said I don’t even need to come back lol she was blown away by it and has been using it herself (I am not bullshitting you.) Check out the ingredients, this company really know thier stuff about each ingredient, I am simply amazed and wish everyone who is looking for a natural toothpaste would try it!
