    Trash only! When drain is cold the coconut oil is hard like shortening! Will clog drain.

    I also do oil pulling! Great for teeth. 20 min. Is best, but 5-10 will work when you don’t have enough time.

  28. I make my toothpaste with coconut oil and thieves and wintergreen young essential oils. I will be adding the turmeric to it the next time. I do know that turmeric is a tooth whitener.

    I used Apple cider vinegar, baking soda mix with coconut oil….work real good, my teeth much whiter they stop bleeding and my breath stay fresh….no more toothpaste for me….I been natural about 2 month now.

    MI paste is the brand 🙂 not mi paste plus which has added fluoride. The UK product isn’t out yet

    XI mix coconut oil
    Turmeric
    Baking soda
    And peppermint oil to taste
    Mix in glass bowel and cover.
    Brush teeth 3xs a day and swish.
    Spit in trash then
    Rinse with warm water.

    I make mine with bentonite clay, coconut oil, a bit of salt and some peppermint oil. It looks ugly grey but works well. I like it.
