I was at Sam’s the other day and they had organic coconut oil for sale – with coconut smell and flavor added. WHAT??? I almost took a pic of it just because it was so absurd. Lol

In the article you mention that fluoride is a reason for decay. I’ve copied the statement below. Can you explain that.

    3. No fluoride

Fluoride seems to be linked in as one of the main reasons for decaying teeth.

It is a big part of most toothpaste used today

Pamela Annie I’m afraid to use in food, because in room temperature is solid and I think stays the same in arteries. It is very high in saturated fats. In my opinion not enough research I seen to prove safety if we use regularly in food.

I use Thieves Tooth Paste. It makes my mouth feel fresh for hours! Liam likes the Young Living Slique toothpaste because it’s more of a citrus flavor. The girls like Nature’s gate. No fluoride for any of us though 🙂

Lana Kasa your basic body temp is 99.6. That will keep the coconut oil from hardening. It’s excellent for the body.

Coconut oil is one of the healthiest switches you can make in cooking! Take it from someone who did, & whose blood pressure & bad cholesterol is way down! Also makes a great facial moisturizer, & eye makeup remover… look up “oil pulling” with coconut oil Lana Kasa. Organic, unrefined, cold pressed coconut oil is amazing…
