Here’s my recipe: boil 2 cups water, add peeled and chopped fresh ginger. Let sit for 10 + min. Strain. Fill a glass with ice
1/4 c ginger juice
1/2 lemon
Fresh mint leaves
Fill glass with club soda
You can add honey if you like
I do not.
Great for a cool drink in the summer
(Might even be good with vodka)
