Wow! I’ve been doing both! Eating fresh pineapple everyday and using a lot of cinnamon on my hot cereal. Cinnamon sticks and ground cinnamon every day. No wonder I’m feeling g much better of my knee w/out yet the surgery I’ve been posponing… It works! Can attest to that.
